Reimagining urinary incontinence at the source

1 in 2 women live with urinary incontinence, yet fewer than 1 in 3 ever seek treatment. Genevi treats the true cause, not just the symptom.

Decades of research point to a single root cause of urinary incontinence: weakening of the urethral sphincter. Today's options (pads, Kegels, drugs, and surgery) largely manage symptoms rather than restoring the muscle that keeps a woman continent. Genevi is built to change that.

Genevi's platform pairs a tampon-sized therapeutic insert with a guided, at-home program that delivers targeted neuromuscular stimulation directly to the urethra: rebuilding closure strength over an eight-week course. The work is grounded in a long-running partnership with the University of Michigan Pelvic Floor Research Group, one of the world's leading centers for pelvic biomechanics.

A clinically supported approach to accidental bowel leakage

Accidental bowel leakage affects 9% of women, yet treatment options remain limited and invasive. TOPAS is a minimally invasive sling, proven in clinical study and ready to scale.

TOPAS is a minimally invasive posterior anal sling for accidental bowel leakage — a debilitating, under-recognized and under-treated condition affecting millions of women. Placed in a sub-30-minute outpatient procedure, the sling restores support without the complications of legacy surgical approaches.

The technology is already clinically de-risked: supported by multiple clinical studies with strong long-term safety, efficacy, and quality-of-life outcomes.

Closing the gap in preterm birth prevention

For at-risk pregnancies, the standard of care is still an invasive 1950s surgical procedure. MaternalSure brings that protection into the office — without a stitch.

Cervical insufficiency is a leading, preventable driver of preterm birth, yet the gold-standard response — surgical cerclage — requires an operating room, general anesthesia, and a specialist who simply isn't available in most U.S. counties. As a result, the vast majority of at-risk women are left behind by today's standard of care.

MaternalSure is developing a office-based, minimally invasive alternative built for today's OB: cervical support placed without a stitch, no operating room, and no general anesthesia. Designed by a maternal-fetal medicine specialist, MaternalSure is engineered to extend specialist-level care to all at risk pregnancies.
